Product Specification/Models
1) Very good workability and mirror polishing property, suitable for thermoset molding mold of general resin.
2) Our NAK80 is steel smelted by using refining degassing and SEP remelting, suitable for super-mirror molds with high polishing property requirements.
3) The polishing property and workability are the best among the plastic mold steels.
4) Supplied in pre-hardened state, suitable for direct mold cutting without heat treatment.
5) After electric spark machining, the surface hardness is not increased, so that it is easy to repair and Polish the mold.

Heat Treatment:
Harden: Preheat at 840ºC- 870ºC Cool in air, oil or into salt bath held at 200ºC- 500ºC and then air cool.Solid solution: at 850ºC Cool in air Aging: at 520ºC-540ºC Cool in air

5.Feature: 

1.Vacuum degassing refining processing steel purity, suitable for polishing or etch processing plastic mold.
2. In pre-harden state delivery, no need for heat treatment can be directly used for mold processing, shorten the construction.
3. After heat treatment machining and polishing performance is good, the nitriding treatment, can be suitable for chrome plating surface treatment, such as material is the qualitative hardness is uniform (400mm thick), good toughness and good machining performance.
4.Good hardness uniformity and polishing property, good machining properties. 
5.Good integral mechanical performance under high temperatures. 
6.Good heat-resistance and fatigue-resistance.
7. Pre-hardened to HRC38-43  can be directly used for mold processing, shorten the construction period.
