The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Administrative reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Oct. 1, 2021, through Sept. 30, 2022 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021 (CV)

- boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China (AD)

- carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Mexico (AD)

- electrolytic manganese dioxide from China (AD)

- hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan (AD), Korea (AD/CV), and the Netherlands (AD)

- refillable stainless steel kegs from Mexico (AD)

- stainless steel flanges from India (AD/CV)

Flanges – continuation of AD duty orders on finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy, and Spain and CV duty order on such flanges from India, effective Nov. 30

Stainless steel – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 0.54 to 4.64 percent

Steel pipe – (1) dumping margins of zero and 13.72 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021, and (2) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on welded stainless steel pipe from Korea and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Strontium chromate – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on strontium chromate from Austria for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021
